Chocolate Tasting
This Experience will encourage teams to explore their senses and learn more about each other’s creative side.
Teams will learn about the science of flavour and taste then with their new skills get creative in designing a new chocolate with flavour combinations that should, in theory, work well together. Let’s see who will design the most popular flavour!
At the end everyone will have a visual representations of their innovative chocolate bars plotted on flavour wheels, and will be encouraged to try making their combination over the Christmas break!
